We deliver to addresses across the United Kingdom, and you can also collect your order from our showroom. Wall panels, fluted panels and profiles are long and heavy, so delivery is priced for each order: we confirm the delivery charge with you after you order and before you pay.
Payment options
- Bank transfer. Choose bank transfer at checkout and our bank details are shown on the order confirmation page and in your confirmation email. Please use your order number as the payment reference. We prepare your order for delivery or collection once the payment has reached our account.
- Cash on delivery. Choose cash on delivery at checkout and pay when your order is delivered, or when you collect it from the showroom. We confirm the amount due, including any delivery charge, before the delivery date.
- Trade and project orders. For larger orders we can issue a pro-forma invoice for payment by bank transfer. Please contact us to arrange it.
Prices are shown in pounds sterling. Your order confirmation lists everything you have ordered and the amount payable; if a delivery charge applies, we confirm it before you pay.
Payment security
We do not take card payments on this website, so your card details are never entered or stored here. The website is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and your account password is stored only in encrypted form. We will never ask you for your online banking password, and our bank details will not change by email: if you receive a message saying they have, please call us on +44 (0)20 0000 0000 before you pay.

Delivery charges and dates
The delivery charge depends on the size and weight of your order and on where it is going. Most of our wall panels are 1100 × 2800 mm sheets, and fluted panels and aluminium profiles come in 3 m lengths, so most orders travel on a pallet or in a vehicle suited to long items.
After you place your order we email or call you with the delivery charge and the earliest delivery date. If you are not happy with the charge, you can cancel the order at that point and we refund anything you have already paid. Unless we agree a different date with you, we deliver within 30 days of accepting your order, and we will keep you informed if anything changes.
Receiving your order
- Deliveries are made to the kerbside or the nearest accessible point at ground level, unless we agree otherwise when we confirm your delivery.
- Someone aged 18 or over needs to be there to receive the order and sign for it.
- Please make sure there is safe, clear access for long and heavy items: panels can be up to 2.8 m long and profiles 3 m.
- Count the packages against the delivery note before you sign.
- Check the packaging for visible damage. If a package is damaged, write this on the delivery note before signing, or refuse the damaged item.
- Open and check every item as soon as you can, and always before fitting.
- Tell us about missing items or transit damage within 48 hours of delivery, with your order number and photographs of the damage and the packaging.
- Keep the original packaging until any problem has been resolved.
- Store panels flat on a clean, level surface, indoors and away from moisture and direct heat.
- Do not stand panels on their edges or lean them against a wall for long periods.
- Let the panels settle in the room where they will be fitted before installation.
- Check that the finish and shade of all the panels for one wall match before you start fitting.
- If you collect your order, please check it at the showroom before you leave.
Telling us about a problem quickly helps us resolve it with the carrier. It does not affect your statutory rights, which are explained on our Returns & Warranty page.
